Florentine Artichoke Dip
This recipe is excellent as is....not sure why everyone is changing it! I let the cream cheese soften for a couple hours and then use an electric hand mixer to blend the cream cheese with the lemon juice and mayo - then just stir in the rest of the ingredients.

Fantastic Lemon Butter Fillet
Excellent recipe! Definitely use fresh lemon juice and using some of the zest makes a huge difference. There's really no reason to cover the fish while baking and sprinkling with bread crumbs gives you a nice crispy crust!
