Herb Batter Bread
I made this in the bread machine on basic like another user suggested and added a little garlic salt and reduced the regular salt by 1/4 tsp. The bread turned out great. The middle fell and a friend said to reduce the yeast so next time I'll use 2tsp instead of 2 1/4 tsp. This had wonderful flavor and would make a nice side to a dinner with herbed chicken, 40 clove chicken or the like.

2-Step Garlic Pork Chops
Quick to fix, tastes very good! I'd recommend the couscous cooked with chicken broth to go with the pork...

Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies
We make these are stated and they are soft and chewy. We love these cookies and make them with rotten bananas often! Thanks for the recipe!
