OMG!!!!! these were soooooo good. i've made this recipe two times since last night. each batch makes two mini loaves. i added raisins to one batch and i left them out but put cinnimon in the next. thank u sooooooo much.

Banana Muffins I

These were great! they were light and fluffy and they didnt even taste low fat! no one could guess that there was only 1/4 cup of sugar in there. thanx Maria!!!! uve made a lot of muffin lovers happy!!!

Best Potatoes Ever!

Wow, these ARE good. the first time i made this dish, i boiled the potatoes too long so this turned out more like indian mashed potatoes. very very spicy stuff, but its also very good. the second time, today, they were perfect. im eating a bowl of it rite now and i have a huge jug of water next to me. we really liked this, but its not recomended for young childern. but for teens and adults, this stuff is great! to bring down the heat a bit, i served this with some sour cream at the side. thanx RG!!!

when reading the reviews, i thought the reviewers were exaggerating when they said these where more like mini cakes than cookies. well, i should have listened to them. these were like cakes. they were also very bland. i doubt i'll be making these again. thanx anyway.

Applesauce Brownies II

these were ok. it was more like cakes than brownies. i melted the shortening and chocolate, mixed the flour, baking powder, soda, and salt. then in a seperate bowl i mixed the eggs, sugar, and vanilla. i took the applesauce out of the fridge and when i opened it, i was disgusted to find green mold at the top of the applesauce. i used shortening instead. the brownies turned out kinda dry, but thats mostlikely my fault. thanx anywayz.

Tart Lemon Ice Cream

woah, is this good stuff. but the only problem with it is that when i want to eat it, i have to take it out of the freezer and put it in the fridge for about 15 minutes because it gets a bit hard in the freezer. but other than that, this is the best (and only) icecream ive made. thanx VRMWIFE!!!

Easiest Ever Fruit Cobbler

these were really, really good. i had to half the recipe because i only had a 15 ounce can of peaches. i also added half a teaspoon of cinnimon and a bit of nutmeg. i took it out of the oven, put a gallon of vanilla ice cream next to it, and watched'em fly!

these were good. i submitted a review before saying they were disgusting. well, they were when i followed the recipe exactly. but i decided to experiment a bit with them. i doubled the recipe, but used the same amount of water. it was much better. thanx!

Sopapillas

These were really,really good. I made them for few friends coming over. I made 2 different kinds, one was with cinnisugar and the other with a syrup made of 2 cups water, 1 cups sugar, and some orange juice and zest. The syrup will be done when it is a bit thicker, or not as watery as is was, or at least after it reached rapid boiling stage. The sopapillas with this syrup tasted like an arabic fried cookie dipped in the same syrup. Thanx for sumbitting this recipe Ellin. It was great!!!!

Roasted Tomato Salsa II

I decided to try to make this because i had made baked tortilla chips. My dad makes the best salsa so i was trying to find a recipe better than his own. This definately wasn't it. I rated this a 3 because i am not sure if it is my fault or the recipe's, but my salsa was horrible. It ended up in the trash after sitting in the fridge for a week.

Best Brownies

This are some of the best brownies ive ever made! i was worried at first because of the small amounts of flour but it turned out great! i doubled the recipe and didnt make the frosting but put betty crocker's vanilla frosting on it and a few chocolate shavings. I took it to a party and it was a HIT!!!! Thanx Angie!!!!!

Perfectly Chocolate Hot Cocoa

This is by far the best hot cocoa I have made yet. After i take it out of the microwave, I put it in the blender ( i like it shaken, not stirred, haha) for a few seconds, transfer it to mug and top with whipped cream and a few chocolate bar shavings!!! Thanx Hershey's!!!

Baked Cheese Sticks

These were ok. I think I did something wrong, but they tasted more like mozzarella flavored cornflakes than cheese sticks. To everyone who complained about there cheese sticks "leaking", you guys didn't coat it well. anyway, thanx Lynda, but i dont think ill be making these again.

Apple Strudel Muffins

These were really good! I made them last night because i had apples no one really felt like eating. I didnt have much butter or shortning, so i used half a cup of apple sauce and a few teaspoons of margarine. The hardest thing in this recipe was peeling, coring and chopping the apples!
