This is a great recipe for sure! I still have a problem with the glaze. My husband's grandmother made this cake (same recipe) but her glaze hardened on the cake and it was DELICIOUS!! I can't get my glaze to harden. I follow the glaze directions to a T....any suggestions?

My family really liked this recipe. It will be a new favorite chicken recipe. My daughter doesn't even like mushrooms and she raved about it. I didn't do anything different to the recipe (other than doubling all the sauce ingredients). It was perfect! Thanks so much Marion for the recipe and thanks to all who sent in reviews. Very nice way to use the summer tomotoes. Quick and easy to make for a crowd. I used Newman's Own Balsamic Vinaigrette with the sandwich. It is quite delicious. Thanks for the recipe
