Cajun Chicken
As so many have said, this is very good! I have made it many times...marinating the 30 minutes and longer. I've added a pinch of red pepper flakes to give it a bit more pop. I also cut the chicken breasts into fingers for quicker cooking and more even portions.

Chocolate Bar Fondue
As others said, it was a lot like work to grate the chocolate. So after doing one bar with the grater, I put the rest in the food processor. Very easy and very yummy!

Four Cheese Macaroni
Excellent. I followed the recipe with the exception of doubling the cheese and I didn't have any eggs in the house. Very well received by my dinner guests. Thanks you.
