Maple Glazed Sweet Potatoes with Bacon and Caramelized Onions
Excellent! We made this for Thanksgiving. I made the night before to be as prepared as possible for dinner. Warmed in over after the turkey came out and microwaved the sauce. A nice time saver for this yummy dish.

Mongolian Beef and Spring Onions
Excellent! My husband loves Mongolian Beef on the Chinese Buffet. He said this was better. For some reason, I couldn't find flank steak the night I wanted to make it, so i used round steak.

Cajun Chicken
As so many have said, this is very good! I have made it many times...marinating the 30 minutes and longer. I've added a pinch of red pepper flakes to give it a bit more pop. I also cut the chicken breasts into fingers for quicker cooking and more even portions.
