Absolutely perfect. Only took about ten minutes. I made one batch with regular cream cheese one with light. I warmed my cream cheese in the microwave and added vanilla and salt to cream cheese along with actually UNSIFTED powdered sugar. I used the 3% cornstarch kind that may have helped. While I was prepared to add butter or milk I used my choclate right off the burner and did not need any added ingredients. By using everything warm and adding the chocolate very last I was putting it in the pan right as it began to firm up. I used the back of a spoon and hot water to smooth the top. I also used seran wrap instead of foil so I could just fold it over and store it as is. It is creamy and easy to work with. THANK YOU!!!

Okay I am giving this four stars because I hated it, but my 88 year old granpa requested 'brown pudding' for thanksgiving absolutely loved it. I made it and thought it was soggy and tasted like brown sugar water, but as for the man who grew up on this, he said it is EXACTLY what he remembered his mom making. Thank you for giving me something i cam make especially for him. I guess I just am not a fan, but for traditional 'brown pudding' this is THEE one!

Well, with the suggestions and comments of others I made a few changes and LOVED these muffins! I used dried cranberrys, added 1/2c packed brown sugar to the batter along with 3/4c sour cream for moisture. I also dirzzled them with frosting made from orange juice and powdered sugar in place of the cranberry sauce. These are sinful and should be made in moderation! THANK YOU!
