I suggest following the recipe. I don't understand why others automatically change a recipe before trying it and then gives it five stars, ugh! I like a little more filling over the crust, other than that this was a pretty good recipe!! I also had to cook it a little longer...could be due to using a celcius oven rather than farenheit.

Just getting in from soccer and having to rush off to an award ceramony at school I had only minutes to throw it together. I was running back and forth from the computer to the kitchen and on the phone (don't know why I didn't just print the recipe) I didn't have salad dressing but did have sour cream, totally forgot the corn and salsa...oops! I added beans and it still turned out great. Everyone liked it. But next time I will take the time to make it as the recipe states, but I will still add beans...love em. I will also be better prepared on a busy day!

I loved this. I am not the biggest fan of thick types of chili, not that this is chili. But I used all black beans because I wasn't sure what type of chili beans the author meant. I loved the corn in it, what a twist. I just have to say this was so fabulous. I will be making this instead of chili!!

I didn't read the recipe correct as I was rushing off to the sote, so I ended up using Salsa instead of taco sauce. Still worked out nicely. Also couldn't find colby cheese so just used "mexican" and my tomatoes didn't have green chilis, oh well still tasted wonderful. I also used the same technique as many reviewers had suggested, by putting the beand on the tortilla instead. It dawned on me that I was making more or less a mexican lasagna. My husband is of hispanic background not to mention and VERY picky eater and he loved it! Even my picky kids had seconds! Thanks for a great recipe!

I did not like these at all. I guess I was hoping for something that resembled Manwich sloppy joes. This was not it for me.

My first try at blueberry, I usually stick with banana. But these were great! In fact I have now decided to use this for my banana muffins. I did use buttermilk as other reviewers suggested. These were delicious!!!

These were only so so for me. The peanut butter stood out for sure, but I was hoping for a little more sweetness. I added a 1/2 cup more flour as I read in reviews, but my cookies still came out a little thin. I like a thick PB cookie. I will keep trying this recipe with a little tweaking here and there. THANKS!

Oh my goodness, can I just say BRAVO!!! I used about 3lbs. ground beef (I just new this had to be good) so I doubled the brown sugar/ketchup mixture, I also added a little worchestishire,and a tad dry mustard. I like the sweetness!! As others said in their review I added some to the mix and the rest on the top. I had to drain the grease a few times. I also had the oven on 375 because I was going to throw some cookies in afterward and they required 375. It didn't affect the outcome at all. I have never had such a fabulous meatloaf. It almost reminded me of Claim Jumpers meatloaf. I will never make another meatloaf!!!

These were great...can't just eat one. I make them once aweek now, they are so easy. I did use buttermilk, and added nuts. I tried using the new chocolate/caramel chips, didn't turn out so good. This is my new favorite oatmeal cookie!! THANKS ALOT!!!

The best!! My husband loves this. I do toast the bread first and then add the cheese and melt it a bit. He loves this on sourdough bread. GREAT RECIPE!!

The best!! Just like Olive Garden...I don't buy it in a jar anymore. Sometimes I do have problems with it being too thin. Can't figure out where I go wrong, but it is still worth it.

Awesome!!!! Ruthie you are the bomb. This was alot like a certain mexican restaraunt sweet corn cake. I love it. I am adding this to my collection!!! I have made it for three years now and everyone loves it and asks for the recipe!!

I wasn't really impressed. I used baked sweet potatoes. Maybe if I had used canned it would have come out a little sweeter, because of the syrup they are canned in. What was the point of the eggs??? The sweet potatoes weren't sweet enough to me and the topping was a bit too much. But maybe I am just used to the marshmellow topped sweet potatoes. I was thinking maybe next time I would use canned swwet potatoes and leave them whole and add the topping to them. I won't be giving up on them. Thanks anyhow for a change of pace.

This is the first review I've ever given...but I absolutely had to!! These are the cookies I remember getting during school lunch. And we all know there wasn't much to look forward to during school lunch. I used the 5 cups of cornflakes as others suggested. Brings back memories...THANKS!!!!
