Christmas Breakfast Sausage Casserole
This was delicious even with all the reduced fat/calories changes I made. We try to eat pretty healthy, so I changed the sausage to Morningstar Farms vegetarian sausage, used two whole eggs and three egg whites, used skim milk, and used reduced fat cheese with just a little regular on top. My whole family loved it, and no one even knew it was a lower fat version (although we normally eat these lowfat foods, etc.).
