I made this recipe last nite . I did not used blue cheese dressing or peppercorn Ranch salad dressing . I only Marinate for 10 min . that all a mushroom need. After that piont that will pick up Verrrrrrrrrry litte Fav/. This recipe is a kepper.

Fresh Pear Pie

I make this pie all the time. I use brown sugar instead of white sugar. I made this pie for Christmas and Thanksgiving celebration. Let people think it's apple. They'll think it's the best apple pie they've ever had. Then only after they try it tell them that it is pear. People seem to prejudged this pie that's why give the above advice.

Carrot Pie

I made this for Xmas everbody seem to like this pie. It tastes like a cross between a pumpkin and carrots. Spice is like pumpkin/sweet potato there is a strong carrots flavor. You will take more of a carrots flavor unlike pumpkin/sweet potato which have a more harmonized flavor.

Green Bean and Blue Cheese Salad

I am give it 4**** but it was more like 3 1/2 . Mom siad it was 4* but dad said it was more like a 3 1/2 *. I think it was 3 1/2. they was about this combo for that was a litte but I can not put my figer on it . I think balasmic vinaigrette probably worked better than an Italian.
