Tangy Slow Cooker Pork Roast
I was a little disappointed in how this turned out. The meat was all right, but the sauce was a little too sweet for my taste. I made gravy out of it, but the flavor just wasn't right for gravy. I ended up serving with barbecue sauce, which covered up any taste from the sauce. It wasn't really worth the bother for me and next time I'll just dump barbecue sauce over it while it cooks.
