The only change I made to this is to add some grated Parmesan cheese, which made them even better! In the last few minutes in the oven, I put spaghetti sauce over them and then served it with pasta. Yummy!

I was a little disappointed in how this turned out. The meat was all right, but the sauce was a little too sweet for my taste. I made gravy out of it, but the flavor just wasn't right for gravy. I ended up serving with barbecue sauce, which covered up any taste from the sauce. It wasn't really worth the bother for me and next time I'll just dump barbecue sauce over it while it cooks.

I really thought this turned out great. It took a while for the sauce to thicken up, but it ended up being just the right consistency. My only change would be to use fresh parmesan instead of dried - mine stayed kind of grainy. I ended up adding too much parmesan, too, so I will try to cut back next time.
