Peanut Butter Frosting
This was fabulous!! Made as is, except I used 1/4 c. of milk instead of the cream. I spread it on top of a 9x13 pan of brownies. Half a recipe probably would have been enough - I had some left over. Will definately make again!

Fast and Friendly Meatballs
The only change I made to this is to add some grated Parmesan cheese, which made them even better! In the last few minutes in the oven, I put spaghetti sauce over them and then served it with pasta. Yummy!

Tangy Slow Cooker Pork Roast
I was a little disappointed in how this turned out. The meat was all right, but the sauce was a little too sweet for my taste. I made gravy out of it, but the flavor just wasn't right for gravy. I ended up serving with barbecue sauce, which covered up any taste from the sauce. It wasn't really worth the bother for me and next time I'll just dump barbecue sauce over it while it cooks.
