Chocolate Pretzels

What a great idea! My kids did these virtually by themselves and loved it. I love a bite of a cookie and that's exactly what these are. Yum!

I made this along side bbq chicken on the grill. It's a great summer cookout side. I made extra so that I can add grilled chicken strips to it and have it for lunch. Kids and hubbie weren't so into it, I but I enjoyed the veggies and basil.

Pumpkin Turkey Chili

I love this recipe! It was a delicious chili with a hint of pumpkin flavor. I added some cumin and chicken brother per some of the reviews and served it over plain risotto. Very light and healthy. It can also be played with easily to suite anyone's tastes.

Jumbo Breakfast Cookies

They are not at all good warm and they are better but just ok room temperature. I used trader joe's cheerios and they were chewy and not so good in the cookie.

Goat Cheese Salmon

Broccoli Rice Casserole

I was surprised at how this actually is. I made with the kids in mind, but my husband and I loved it as well. I used cheddar and monteray jack cheese because that is what I had. Yum.

Potato Soup

This was very good. Comfort food if I've ever seen it. I left it thick. I think next time I will thin it out a bit and leave more potato chunks as well as add carrots and celery. My daughter loved this and she is a hard one to please. I too added garlic when sauteeing the onions and it was the perfect touch.

Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos

We liked this so much more than we thought we would. The way the sweet potatoes, the cheese and the beans all go together is quite yummy. Also very healthy and a great vegetarian option.

Avocado and Tomato Salad

It's hard to go wrong with tomato and avocado. This is so yummy. I only used 1/3 to 1/2 of the bottle of dressing and put it on the table for anyone that wanted to add more. I found that amount to be plenty. I did the same with the onion. It makes a wonderful summer side.

Apple Walnut Salad with Cranberry Vinaigrette

The salad was very good and the dressing is out of this world. This was my first attempt at a salad dressing and went so well that I can't wait to try another. Just a note, I used shaved almonds because that is what I had and it was still good. Also, per recommendation of previous reviewers, did not add the onion to the dressing but directly to the salad. Perfection.

Honey Baked Chicken II

I am not a very talented cook, but I made this and it was delicious. The whole family loved it. The only variation i did was to half the butter as the other reviews say to. This has become a favorite dish.
