Spiced Pecans
I've made these the last 2 holiday seasons and they are always a big hit. You do have to watch them closely in the oven, they burn easily.

Butterscotch Bread Pudding
This is now my standard bread pudding recipe. I do either the butterscotch with brown sugar or chocolate chips with white sugar. Excellent.

Italian Sausage Soup with Tortellini
I made this last night - very good. And even better second day! I did make a few adjustments just based on personal preferences. To supplement the vegetables I added celery and also spinach (frozen, at the very end). I also added a can of great northern white beans as I like white beans and sausage together. I also used canned diced tomatoes instead of the fresh. All in all a hearty and tasty soup - and very easy to make!
