Carrot Bread II
The bread was good, but the recipe is slightly off. The first thing I noticed is that there is no mention of when to add the baby food. I added it with the wet ingredients before I combined wet and dry. Also, this only made 1 very small loaf of bread, not two as the original recipe suggests.

Paula's Polenta with Mushroom Topping
Although my husband really liked this, I did not. I had an aborted attempt on the Polenta and had to find another recipe in a cookbook to make it come out right. It also got stuck to the wax paper. The mushrooms were a bit bland. I probably will not make this again.

Jamie's Black Beans and Rice
This was pretty good. I served this with bulgur instead of rice. For kicks, next time I'm going to try using a can of black beans and a can of kidney beans. Thanks!
