Raspberry Cup Cakes

I didn't use pecans and I didn't add any berries to the mix but I did top it off with strawberries. I made these for a potluck and once they thawed out they became a little runny so I'm glad I kept mine in the paper liners when I served them. They were so easy to make and so delicious, I'll definitely make these again.

Honey Pineapple Chicken

I used small pieces of chicken but this turned out mushy for me. I ended up dumping it in a lasagna pan with pineapple chunks and setting the oven on T.Bake 525F and took it out when they started to turn golden brown. Turned out great but be prepared to do dishes.

Authentic Mexican Tortillas

I must have done something wrong, but I followed the recipe. It turned out just like hard tack. Tasted like it too. I'm unsure of what I did wrong because I cooked them until they were no longer raw and they looked fine until they cooled and turned hard. I imagine this would be alot easier recipe if I was shown how to do it by someone else.
