Vanilla - Chocolate Powdered Sugar Frosting
Not bad. I was able to frost only 8 cupcakes though so I had to go back and make another batch.

Baingan Bharta (Eggplant Curry)
I made it with the yogurt (for me) and without (for my vegan bf). I have to say, I like it better without the yogurt.

Jalapeno Snacks
I used turkey bacon. I laid one piece (half of a strip) on each pepper and didn't need the tooth picks. Surprisingly, I didn't have any problems with the bacon falling off either.
