PERFECT! There are not words to describe how perfectly this filling tastes. As I was dumping the leftover filling I had in the bowl, I realized I could have made custard cups with it. I was hesitant to try this recipe because most key lime pies are just a little off the mark when it comes to taste or texture, and I really did not believe this one (my first attempt at key lime pie on this website) could be "the one". But IT IS!! To save time, I just used lime juice from the squeeze bottle, but if you were to use gourmet ingredients this pie would be heavenly. You HAVE to try it!!!

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

Wonderful recipe! We ate it with coleslaw and iced tea. What a winner!!! We did use a picnic cut of meat but ended up cutting it off the bone. Otherwise, followed the recipe exactly and it came out perfectly!! Also, I had enough for leftovers for 3 days, and we have 2 adults in our family, and one child. This could make a large amount of food. We probably got about 12 sandwiches out of this recipe.

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili

Everyone LOVED this recipe! I added one can of corn, one can of black beans, I pureed one can of the white beans, took out half the jalapenos, added another can of the chili's, put in 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper, and sprinkled the cheese on top. It was marvelous! Thank you so much! I can finally make my husband say, "WOW, you really do make the best white bean chicken chili!!" It was worth every second it took to make it (which honestly wasn't more than 2 hours total, but definitely more than 30 minutes.

Greek Butter Cookies

I made these just to try and see if they were like some Greek Wedding Cookies I had at a restaurant and they were just as good, if not better. I did an experiment though. I made three kinds, one exactly as the recipe said, one with chopped walnuts incorporated throughout the mix, and one batch just rolled in walnuts with the powdered sugar on top. The best ones had walnuts. The others tasted just ok. ENJOY!

Spiced Tea Mix

I made the sugar free version of this with crystal light orange breakfast drink mix and Publix brand instant sweet tea with lemon sweeted with nutrasweet. And, let me tell you, it was sooooooooo good. I looked for tons of recipes for this online so I could make the best one. The initial bad rating this recipe got kindof threw me off at first (but I couldn't find another sugar free version) so I tried it. And I also tried a decaffeinated version that wasn't sugar free from another recipe I had where I used Tang, and it paled in comparison. This recipe is the best! Now, I'm off to try the caffeine sugar version. I think it will come out marvelously.
