Baked Honey Mustard Chicken
Not my favorite chicken recipe by any stretch. While the chicken is nice and juicy, the sauce is just too overpowering and boring.

Garam Masala Seared Salmon with Coconut-Curry Butter
This salmon recipe was wonderful—very flavorful but not overpowering. It was fast and easy to make!
