Cheddar Rice Casserole
Did not enjoy this recipe. It filled a 1 1/2QT baking dish and after an hour it still was not cooked completely. I think it there would have been more liquid for the rice to cook in it might have been alright.

Garlic Cheddar Chicken
This was great, the only change made was that we soaked the chicken in the butter for 20 minutes.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
Used Cream of Chicken with Herbs after reading the other reviews. Instead of using water, I used white wine and chicken broth. Added 2 tbs of flour before adding the biscuits because we prefer a thicker sauce.
