Jackie's Special Meatloaf
I think this would be pretty good meatloaf, if I had not changed the recipe. I got away from the original recipe and used 1/3 ketchup, 1/3 Cattlemens Classic BBQ and 1/3 Worchestershire Sauce. I also used Italian bread crumbs. The texture was good, but I think the taste was a little too spicy and overpowering. I think next time I would just stick to the catsup and regular bread crumbs.

Crusty French Bread
This is an easy and reliable recipe. I have made bagettes several times using this recipe and they always taste good! Makes great toast in the morning too. Toast is especially good with real butter and a smear of "natural" peanut butter on it. Yum-Yum

Carnation(R) Raisin Bread Pudding
Overall this was a pretty tasty recipe. I adjusted it to 4 servings and baked it in a Corning Ware baking dish (covered), for about 40 minutes. I then uncovered it so it would brown nicely. I had to bake it for about an hour though. It was a very moist recipe. Next time, I will increase the spices a little bit and add a little granulated sugar. A little warm bread pudding topped with Cool-Whip for breakfast never hurt anyone!
