My Chili
I used this recipe and think it is a good basic recipe that will make a real good pot of chili, even when you tweek it a bit, which most home cooks seem to do. I substituted one 8oz can of El Pato sauce for one can of tomato sauce in order to give it a slight kick. I used a can of black beans (drained) and one can of pinto beans(drained). I also used 1# ground beef and 1/2# ground turkey, because that is what I had on hand. I think it tasted pretty darn good! I am letting it set overnight to absorb the flavors and will serve it at a Halloween Trunk-or Treat activity the next evening.

Bob's BBQ Sauce
This was an easy recipe and the sauce was pretty good too. I did not have any dry mustard, so I substituted 3tsp. regular mustard. I would call this a sweet BBQ sauce, but it was not too sweet. I will make it again. Thanks Teri MC for sharing.

Banana Crumb Muffins
I made these according to the recipe, except I used 1/2 Whole Wheat and 1/2 White flour. Very nice muffin. Not too sweet and just the right amount of moisture. I would make them again!
