Applesauce Cake I
I really like this cake. I've made it twice in the past week. It's especially nice because it uses no eggs and we're all out anyway! I'm going to try using half white sugar and half brown next time I make it.

Greek Salad I
Delicious! I tasted a wonderful Greek salad months ago at a restaurant, and had been searching for a recipe since. This one fit the bill to a tee! I added chicken to mine for a nice light dinner. Will use again!

Pan-fried Steak with Marsala Sauce
This recipe was very good. I used a cut of beef that was way too thick, next time I'll go thinner. Otherwise, wonderful!
