I don't know if this always happens but I had soo much cake batter I filled a whole bundt pan and I had about 9 HUGE cupcakes, so far we've only tasted the cupcakes but they are delicious, I have a convection oven and not really thinking I did as the recipe said and set the oven at 350 I should have set it at 325 instead so the outsides where very crisp and well done... but other then that great! (I added vanilla and extra lemon zest)

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

This was a pretty good recipe, the muffins had the perfect texture and flavor, I used frozen bluberries because i didn't have fresh ones and they turned out great still. The only thing is I would say the "crumb" topping was a little of a dissapointment, I didn't need near as much as the recipe calls for, and didn't have quite the right texture. But they were awesome anyway!

Classic Tiramisu

I changed this recipe up a bit, instead of lady fingers I baked a chocolate cake and soaked them in the espresso, kahula mixture. The cream I made turned out perfect.

Sweet Dinner Rolls

I used this recipe for both cinnamon rolls, and dinner rolls, both turned out delicious. Not as fluffy and airy as I was hoping for, but I added a little honey to the recipe to sweeten it up and that may have hindered the rising. I also coated the finished dinner rolls in honey butter! My Fiance loved these rolls!

Funnel Cakes I

Great recipe! Even my husband who has never had funnel cakes and thought they wouldn't taste good enjoyed them! I 1/2 the recipe and it was still easy and delicious!

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

EXCELLENT! This crust was simple if you just follow the directions to a T. I only let it rise for 45 min. and I baked the crust with just the sauce on it for 10 min. to make sure the crust would be cooked through. It turned out perfect! It was easy to work with and tasty, crisp on the outside and soft on the inside perfecto! -Betsy

Cream Cheese, Garlic, and Chive Stuffed Chicken

WOW! I changed this one up just a bit, I coated the outside of my chicken in eggs, and breadcrumbs... and then stuffeed them, and wrapped them in reg. bacon (not turkey). IT WAS AWESOME! My husband gobbeled it up, and not only was it delcious and pretty simple to prepare, it looked elegant on the plate because of the bacon! I would make this one for a dinner party!

Grandmother's Pound Cake II

Excellent! This was delicious, and not hard to make at all! I used whipping cream instead of milk, and a little white chocolate flavored toroni syrup. I also cut this recipe down (instead of 30 servings, only 10) which was plenty! It made a loaf cake and six cupcakes, I used this for strawberry shortcake and it was delicous! I have to say I was surprised because this had a wonderful texture and flavor, I also sub. margarine for butter, since I didn't have any butter. -Betsy

Three Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

These cookies were easy to make. I added a 1/2 tbl spn. vanilla and a little extra sugar, I also sprinkled the tops with sugar..mmmm.. the flavor was delicious and the texture wsa ok, I will prob. make these again since they were so easy and quick!

Whole Wheat Bread II

This was a very tasty recipe, I just pulled the bread out of the oven and since it was my first time making whole wheat bread from scratch I was dying to taste it! It was very good with just a little sweetness which in my opinion makes a perfect wheat bread! :) Thank you for this recipe! I cut the recipe in half, and got one HUGE loaf and 12 dinner rolls out of it.. I will be keeping this one in the family for a long time!

Banana Banana Bread

This Banana Bread was yummy, it had a marvelous classic banana bread texture, and was very moist. I am going to add a little extra banana next time I make this recipe and a little cinnamon. It was yummy, and I would recommend it to any Banana Bread Fiend!

Chewy Sugar Cookies

This recipes was yummy, I added 1 tsp, cinnamon to the flour mixture, and rolled the cookies in sugar and cinnamon before baking. *I love Snickerdoodles* the cookies turned out yummy, but a little thick and cakey. Still delicious though, I had to cook them a couple extra minutes, I would recommend these to a cakey cookie lover!
