Corn Pudding V

I made this for a Thanksgiving pot luck and 5 different people tracked me down to ask for the recipe! SO EASY and delicious!

This soup is really wonderful. I used fresh pumpkin instead of canned. I sauted the onion, then added the cubed pumpkin and chicken broth and let it simmer until the pumpkin was tender. I added the cinnamon, ginger, 1/2 tsp of salt, fresh ground pepper and about 2 Tbsp of brown sugar. I pureed and added about a half of a cup of whole milk. Good stuff!

Steak and Bacon Tournedos

Great idea! I had thin serloin steaks that had to be used. I seasoned the steaks, scored them, then spread on pesto, sprinkled with grated parmesean, laid a strip of bacon top and rolled up. I secured with a toothpick. My family loved this. A new twist on steaks on the grill!

Fantastic Lemon Butter Fillet

This recipe is so easy to prepare, and my children loved it! I drizzled the extra sauce from the pan over rice. There was not a bit left over! Now that is a good recipe for a busy mom!
