Fresh Strawberry Pie I
Wow, was this ever good. Add some whipped cream on top and you have an amazing desert!

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms
These were ok. They have a very soft consistency because of the cream cheese. Not my favorite.

Marinated Pork Tenderloin
When I made this I baked it in the oven. I added several thickly sliced apples to the pan and poured the rest of the marinade in the pan. It was very good, especilly with the apples. Just watch so the marinade doesn't burn. I covered it loosly with foil toward the end. It was yummy!
