Lemon-Pepper Salmon II
I use a 1-lb Atlantic salmon fillet, and broiled it on high for 6 minutes -- fantastic! Simple, flavorful recipe. I had about a quarter of the fillet -- my boyfriend ate the rest!

Pork Chops with Blackberry Port Sauce
My only "complaint" is that I would have preferred a much thicker sauce. Taste was great -- not as tangy as I thought it would be, but that's not a bad thing.

Easy Chicken Marsala
It had great flavor, but I prefer a thicker sauce. Next time, I will add cornstarch to thicken the marsala/cream sauce.
