Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating
This is the best salmon recipe ever. I used sliced almonds instead of pecan, and it was to die for. My small children LOVED it, too. Super easy and quick to make. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!

Green Bean and Mushroom Medley
I served this with Korean BBQ dinner, and everyone loved it. I used 1 Tablespoon less butter, and added a little bit of soy sauce at the end instead of adding salt to make it a little more oriental. Super easy. I will definitely make it again! Thank you!
