Best apple pie ever! After having made this a few times, I've made a few small changes. I added 1 1/2 tsp of cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and 1 Tbs cornstarch to the sauce and used 8 Honey Crisp apples instead of the tart Granny Smith. I also used a regular top crust rather than latice and used a cookie cutter to cut out a leaf in the middle which I placed on the edge of the pie crust and brushed with egg, then sprinkled with sugar. It was wonderful and I received rave reviews! This is recipe is a keeper for sure!!!

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Awesome recipe! I substitute Bailey's for the milk, grease the springform pan, and always use a waterbath and it has never cracked. Top it with a can of cherry pie filling mixed with a few tablespoons of Amaretto, or a half teaspoon of almond extract. This is easily my most requested recipe!
