Giblet Gravy II
I love how simple this recipe is. I add diced boiled eggs to mine, as well. It's how I remember it growing up =)

Irish Spicy Cornbread
This is a WONDERFUL recipe! Cooked up so pretty and fluffy. Very simple and tasty. Just enough spices. This ones a keeper!!! Thanks for sharing! :)

Watermelon Salsa
Interesting, and different from the normal picante. Sweet and spicy. (Don't let on it's watermelon before guest give it a try.) Most respond they love it!
