I love to experiment on new recipes. I started cooking in 2002, when I got married, I never cooked before-I hated it! But now I love it! I also love Nascar, as you can tell by my profile name! I love to bake, so I love making cakes, muffins and cookies. I haven't really got into making pies, but I want to try. I live in Oklahoma, so I do alot of southern cooking, but like I said before I love to try new things. I tried to make my first ever cheesecake, and it turned out awesome! It was one of the best cheesecakes I have ever had. It wasn't dry, it was moist and delicious. I was very proud! I've had plenty of tragedies, which I try to forget!
