Dirt Cake I
I give this 4 out of 5. The reason is because I've had it before (in high school in the cafeteria of all places) and it was better. They used more whipped cream and it was lighter and not so rich.

Tomato Pepper Steak
Wow! This recipe was awesome. I used flat iron steak and I didn't have ginger powder so I used some ginger salad dressing that I had. Wow!

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I
Pretty good. I browned the beef first, then the onion and mushrooms. I used a can of Campbell's mushroom soup with garlic and threw it all on the crock pot.
