Black Bean and Salsa Soup
Yum! Followed exactly, except added an extra can of black beans, not pureed and some extra cumin. Perfect for our New Year's vegetarian "fast!"

Sausage Pasta
prepared the recipe as listed, I think I will use fresh spinach next time, but other than that- perfect! My husband said, it's a keeper!

Penne and Vodka Sauce
Great! Though I doubled it, and should have used less pasta (meaning- more sauce.) Followed to a "T" and got lots of compliments!
