Butter Beef
Very easy to make, although I thought the gravy was too watery, maybe I used too much butter? My husband loved it. I liked it, I felt the beef was a little too cooked. I added some baby carrots and they tasted great. Next time, I will thicken it up, maybe with some cream of mushroom soup or flour. Thanks!

Quiche Lorraine I
Good recipe, I found a very similar recipe that was even simpler, using all the same ingredients, except I used light cream instead of milk, no flour and a frozen pre baked pie shell...yummy!

Oven Baked Potato Wedges
These came out delicious! I left the skins on the potatos (of course after scrubbing well) and used the spray margarine, bread crumbs and some kosher salt before serving. Delicious and easy! Thanks
