i wanted to make a chocolate chip cookie on the bottom, brownie on top bar. i used this recipe for the brownie part though i did make some changes. i left out the baking powder and substitued a chocolate pudding mix for the cocoa. i baked it in a circle pizza pan. they came out excellent! very chewy and very moist, and mixes well with the cookie bottom.

wow, this recipe is really good. i only had 2 bananas and i forgot to dissolve the coffee AND my blender died a very loud and smelly death in the middle of mixing but these still came out GREAT. i just mixed the rest by hand. very very tasty, yum.

I only had 4ozs of cream cheese so i cut the recipe in half and becuase then it wouldn't fit in a pan i made it into tarts in a cupcake pan. Wow. they came out soooooooo good i loved them and almost cried when i came home to find out my grandma had given the rest away to a friend haha. wonderful recipe.
