J.P.'s Big Daddy Biscuits
OH MY GOSH......These biscuits are quite honestly the BEST I have ever tasted!!! My little trick was to 'sift' all the ingredients and it made them really fluffy and light.(I used the Canadian Flour and I know that it is very different in texture from the American Flour) There are so many variations you can do to enhance this YUMMY recipe!! (Cheese, Herbs, Olives, Pesto, Sundried Tomatoes, Peanut Butter/Jelly, etc.) Way to go "BIG DADDY".....These are a BIG hit in our household!!
