This is my first review (since it's the first recipe I've made without additions/substitutions), and it was GREAT. I made it for a party we hosted last night, and it disappeared fast. So many compliments. I also made a relish with fresh mango, red onion, lime juice, jalapenos, and cilantro to accompany the pork. Very good, and very simple to prepare.
