Juicy Roasted Chicken
I am rating this 5 stars because it is so stinkin' easy and the ingredients are those that most of us have on hand (generally speaking I mean I don't normally have chickens lying around).
I did 2 chickens in a roaster (approx. 8 lbs. total) and cooked it for about 2 hours. I followed others suggestions and was very liberal with the seasonings. I would probably be a little more liberal with the salt next time. I needed to salt my portion but my son and husband ate it as is. Will make again. Thanks for at the easy recipe!
