Dad's Down Home Cornbread and Jalapeno Meatloaf

UPDATE: I made this recipe last night and instead of adding french onion soup mix as i usally do i added 2 taco seasoning packets and doritos and ommitted the sour cream. It was my best meatloaf yet!

I finally tried this after sitting in my recipe box for over a year. It was wonderful! I added dry mustard to enhance the mustard flavor but other than that i prepared recipe as is and I've added it to our regular rotation.

African Chicken Stew

I prepared this recipe last night for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. I added 3 heaping tablespoons of pb and omitted the garbanzo beans but added baby carrots instead,omitted the potato and added sweet potatoes and doubled the onions. It was wonderful! I didn't taste the pb but it fused with the chicken broth to make a very tasty dish. I will make this often.
