Cheese Ball I
I find that this is way too much Cheddar cheese, and I often omit the pecans. But I just adore this cheese ball! It is always a hit at parties, and there's usually leftovers that are a great snack later on!

Pumpkin Fluff Dip
I added a bit of vanilla extract and served with gingersnaps, vanilla wafers, and graham crackers. This was a major hit at my Halloween party! Everyone was kind of surprised at how much they liked it, even non-pumpkin lovers!

Bacon Chicken and Dumplings
Really satisfying! I used frozen corn, milk instead of half and half, and Bisquick mix. It made a huge pot full of homey deliciousness. Even the skeptics were convinced. I'll be making this again, probably with more bacon next time.
