Zucchini Brownies
Absolutely scrumptious! My family ate it up like there was no tomorrow. I substitued the frosting with a peanut butter frosting. My hubby loves Reese's Peanut Butter Cups so the frosting was a big hit with him. Overall, a great recipe and one that I will use year after year.

Chocolate Zucchini Cake III
Wow! Excellent recipe! I topped it with my peanut butter frosting and it was absoulutely scrumptious!

Risotto with Asparagus
This was excellent. My family raved and raved about it. I did not add the asparagus into the risotto as my family doesn't like asparagus, so I roasted it and served it as a side to the asparagus.
