I didn't have orange juice so I left it out and didn't have pumpkin pie spice so I substituted cinnamon and nutmeg. I've been bringing goodies for the past few weeks to work and this by far has been the favorite of everything I've brought. I'm now known as Evil Betty, as in Betty Crocker at work because I keep plying everyone with goodies.

I made these to bring into work. Everyone is raving about how good they are. They are fantastic. I do think when I make them again I will cut the recipe in half. It makes a TON of cookies. But they are so fabulous.

This is a fantastic recipe. Great texture and taste. One of my favorite bread recipes. Will definitely make again.
