Chicken Stir-Fry
My family loves this and there are many options as to vegetables. We like a little more soy sauce and also a little sauce with the meat and vegetables to serve over rice. The chicken is so tasty that we like serve it by itself.

Zucchini Patties
I made these last year and when we got our first zucchini I had to find the recipe again. We love them. I do not find it necessary to drain the fluid if they are mixed up and cooked right away. They please my almost vegetarian grandson, he can almost make a meal of them because of the egg and cheese.

Fresh Tomato Pasta
We did not care for this. Too bland. I guess we like a stronger tomato taste with our pasta. Will not do it again
