Pan-Fried Asparagus
Wonderful! I love asparagus any way at all, but this really dresses it up. I follow the recipe exactly, fresh garlic and all, and it's never turned out any way but perfect. Thanks!!

Brown Sugar Meatloaf
Loved it! My husband doesn't like meatloaf, but he liked this "okay." :) Like others, I made changes to the meat portion: 1/4 cup milk, onion soup mix instead of an onion, bread crumbs instead of saltines, no ginger, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, and 2 cloves of garlic. For the sauce I used 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup ketchup, and 1 tablespoon Worcestershire. Because I couldn't spare the oven for more than an hour to cook this, I used a 12-tin muffin pan - greased, with a little sauce on the bottom - instead of a loaf pan. I cooked it at 350 for 30 minutes, then topped it with the rest of the sauce and cooked it for 15 minutes more. Made "meat muffins," as my sister said. Delicious!

Cinnabun Cookies
These cookies are fabulous - I get requests for them from my family a lot. I don't do the dollop on the pan; I use all the filling inside the cookies, then top them with a powdered sugar icing so they taste just like cinnamon buns. They're time consuming, but people will be able to tell how much work you put in!
