Overnight Blueberry French Toast

Oh my, I made this just as written, but just a touch of cinnamon and used strawberries instead. Delicious! Made extra syrup so we could add over ice cream the next day! Kids loved it!! Keeper for sure :-) and so many different berries you can use.

Savory Filled Cottage Cheese Pancakes

I make these with only the top 3 ingredients and put a little agave syrup on them, I usually don't blend in a blender. Great with some fruit in them

Sunshine S'more Cupcakes

These were yummy! I didn't get my Graham crackers crushed real fine but it was nice having bigger bits in the cake. I also just out marshmello on as each person ate them. I didn't want a sticky mess. I did out the Graham crackers on top when baking them. If the kiss would have melted I would have given them 5 stars. They were still a hit and I will make them again I am sure. Thanks!

Breakfast Pies

My family loved these!! There are so many variations, from ham, sausage to bacon. They were even better the next day! I am sure I will be making these again. But a word to the wise mine over flowed & I had egg all over, but I put a baking sheet underneath which saved me cleaning the oven! Thanks!!!!

These were excellent! I added mini m&m's - I didnt have to flatten they went flat on their own, maybe I didnt put the full 3 cups oats, but it was close. Still I will use this over & over. Excellent!! Thanks

Rolled Buttercream Fondant

I was very nervous about trying to make fondant, but this turned out easy & great tasting. The entire family said I had to put this on all the cakes from now on! Give it a try....it was simple & my cake looked great for a 1st timer! I will use this again & again for sure - thanks!

Pasta Sausage Soup

This was very good! I used Jimmey Dean sausage & browned then I cooked for a few hours in chicken broth with onions & peppers & added the pasta in the last 20-30 minutes. Everyone really liked it. I will keep this & use it again! Very easy !! Thanks

turned out great for sugar cookies! Will keep this for sure! I took the shortening & added sugar a little at a time with the milk. I think I used 1 more tablespoon of milk. I will use this again & again
