Lime-Marinated Grilled Salmon
Made this to serve to guests and was told it was the best salmon they'd ever tasted. I used a special aluminum sheet (for grilling) on the grill and it did stick a bit, but next time will spray it with PAM first. Many thanks whodunitrdr!

Orange Carrot Salad
Took this to a pot luck with a fall theme. Everyone loved it. I readjusted the recipe for 8 servings. The cinnamon req'd was 2 teaspoons, but didn't not overpower the flavors as I expected. I used a Salad Shooter to grate the carrots and it really was easy to make. Easy cleanup too.

Kentucky Biscuits
I can't find my own favorite recipe then found and tried this one! So light and fluffy; easy to make. I kneaded the dough right in the bowl. I was concerned because I my baking soda and baking powder were old but still, these biscuits rose right up in spite of that, and were the perfect shade of brown. I would highly recommend this recipe. I plan to pass it on to my daughters immediately!!!!
