Artichoke Dip I
I fixed this for an appetizer for a special dinner I made for my husband. He loved it!!!! He loved it so much that I only got two crackers worth. I only made half a recipe, but I think next I better make the whole thing if I want any. Thanks for a great recipe!

Corn and Zucchini Melody
This is a quick, simple side dish that my whole family loved. A really good way to use up leftover corn and all the zucchini that comes with late summer. The bacon gives a wonderful subtle taste.

Chicken Stuffed Shells
my husband gave this five stars before I even asked him what he thought of dinner. I filled one soup can with milk and the other with water as I did not have broth. I added a chicken b cube and some onion powder. This was a time consuming meal, but a very tasty one.
