I'm a 25 year old nurse, and I've been cooking since the age of 10-12. I started cooking early out of necessity to feed my family after my mother walked out. I am married to the most wonderful man, Mike, and we have a sweet little Shih Tzu named Avery. We don't have any children (yet) but hopefully will soon. Everything! I love to try out new recipes, and am not afraid to create my own! My family never really had any cooking traditions, so I'm creating my own. I used to be too scared to try such dishes as homemade cheesecake and lasagne. Over the past couple of years, I have gained the confidence to try any recipe, and haven't messed up on any of them! Nothing major.
