Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
amAzing! This was super quick, super easy and super delicious. I did add in a little bit of store bought italian bread crumbs and it had perfect texture. The fish itself was bland (i.e. parts w/out crust) so I see why other people said to put some dry seasoning on the fish. However, the crust was so flavorful i think I will opt for more of the crust making sure I cover the entire top surface. Definite keeper.
