Corn Fritters
Came out exactly as it looks on the photograph. Tastes light and fliffy. i added chopped onions for the extra sweetness, Maybe i can saute the onions before adding to make it sweeter.

Scottish Shortbread II
its a bit sticky when i followed the recipe, so i had to add a bit more flour to make it more manageable. My friend raved about it. i am not sure how it will turn out if i stick to the recipe but i turned out well.

Homemade Focaccia Bread
Nice and fragrant. Perfect. I added rosemary to the flour before i added the liquid so that the rosemary is in the bread, and i mixed rosemary, garlic and olive oil and leave them to stand for a while, while i am making the dough. Brushed this mixture on and bread baked it. Pls do adjust the quantities of the olive oil mixture to suit your liking. But would like to say its wonderful.
