As a computer scientist, I use cooking as my creative outlet. I can't escape my scientific nature; I love recipes, they're the algorithms of cooking. I love fruit pies in the summer, authentic mexican cuisine, and southern food. More than anything though, I love cooking the highly orchestrated holiday meal requiring timing, knowledge of recipes, and lots of help :)
