Very good, and that's warm before we chilled it! I screwed up and used too much cream cheese (2 blocks), but it doesn't seem to matter, it's still really sweet. Cant wait til tomorrow's cookout, I think everyone will love this one! Thank you!

Stuffed Pepper Soup I

Easy to make, everyone loved it. I softened the peppers first in the microwave in a little water, otherwise they are still a little crunchy. You have to add a little water to leftover soup as the rice sucks it up. Delicious!! Thanks for the recipe.

Strawberry Cake Cookies

These are pretty good in taste, but they bake really thin and look funny. I put some icing on top and a small piece of strawberry to make them look a little better. Very easy to make.

Zucchini Parmesan

Great Recipe! Easy to do, everyone loved it!! I also layered it like lasagna, baked it for a while, and a whole pan fed 5 people. Would go great with a salad and garlic bread for a quick, vegetarian dinner.

Incredible Punch

I made this punch EXACTLY as called for on Sunday for a baby shower. We had a small amount of people, but the punch went really fast! Everyone absolutely LOVED it. The middle was still kind of icy, (it took at least 2 hours to defrost), so we just added another bottle of raspberry ginger ale. Thanks for such a great recipe.

These were excellent! My son and I made a batch yesterday and took some to a family dinner. They went over very well. They are also easy and fun to make. They are a little crumbly, but I think maybe a little more butter mixed in may help. Thanks for the great recipe
