Red Potato Salad

THis turned out good. It could've used a little more seasoning though. Next time I will add more. What I did with the potatoes is undercooked them a little since they keep cooking out of the pot. To cool quickly I popped them into the freezer for 15-20 minutes. This also helped keep them firm and not mushy.

Marinated Flat Iron Steak

Marinade was excellent! I marinated for over 24 hours and the taste was amazing. It is a little sweet but a good change from the norm. Also, the meat turned out very tender. I will be making this again.

Amish Breakfast Casserole

very good. Made for Easter brunch. Instead of bacon I used breakfast sausage. Also, cut the onion in half. Makes a lot! Also, used 1/2 swiss and 1/2 chedder.

Easy Pizza Sauce III

I took the advise of other readers and added1/2 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp onion powder and 1/2 T. basil. I also used 2 cloves minced fresh garlic instead the dried stuff. With these changes I give it 5 stars. I am thinking without these changes it wouldn't have had enough flavor.

this a a great marinade. I halved the cinnamon and added 2 tsp freshly grated ginger. It was awesome! Served with the creamy champagne sauce on this site with the pork tenderloin.

pretty good. I added bell peppers, onions, and garlic to the sauce. I didn't have Newman's sauce so I just used Roasted Garlic Prego. This is an easy and different weeknight meal.

Easy Homemade Chili

this was good and easy for a fast weeknight meal. I still prefer my slow cooked version but when I am short on time I will use this one. I topped with chedder cheese, onions and sour cream. I also served with broiled cheese bread. I didn't have cornbread mix otherwise I would've served with that.

Chicken Fajita Melts

very good! I added sliced avocado and sliced tomatoes underneath the chicken mixture and added extra cheese. I also used rye bread which turned out yummy! One tip: toast the bread on both sides under the broiler so it won't get soggy when you add the toppings.

Slow Cooker Spare Ribs

this was good. A little too tomatoey...probably because of the tomato soup. Next time I will use V8 instead for the extra flavor. I used ribs cut in half lengthwise and then cut between each bone. Only needed to be in the crockpot for 5 hours and still fell off the bone.

Boneless Garlic and Rosemary Rubbed Prime Rib with Red Wine Mushroom Sauce

I made this for Christmas dinner and everyone loved it! We did have to cook it a little longer, but that could be because it was partially frozen in the middle. I cooked it so that it was medium to medium rare. Otherwise it was wonderful.
